Everyone’s giving you great advice on muscle mass and tone, but I’d throw in one overlooked tip that actually makes a massive difference. If it’s good enough for those Hollywood starlets, it’s good enough for you: pair those heels with some sheer, matte 15 denier stockings in a skin-tone shade—something with a light tan tint.
Then you’ll finally see what your legs can really do.

You can make significant progress, but you have to train, not just go through the motions. There’s a massive difference...

Put on some muscle mass and things will improve, obviously.

I appreciate everyone weighing in with their thoughts.
I’ve been putting in the work every single day for a week now. 🙂

Keep at it.
Just keep training for... well, basically forever... and everything will turn out just fine. 👍

Since she’s never really done any training or anything before this, honestly, the easiest way to start is just doing calf raises. Nothing fancy—just having her steady herself against a wall or something. She could knock out 30 sets a day if she wanted to. In the elevator, in the bathroom, whenever—it doesn't matter. Just a heads-up though: those muscles are definitely going to be sore at first. Like, seriously sore. But after a while, the pain dies down.

It's a figure of speech. What I mean is—you can get this workout done anywhere you want. You aren't tethered to some overpriced gym or stuck waiting for specific machines.

Look, sure, they’ve got their whole lives ahead of them—no argument there—but that doesn't mean they have to move at a snail's pace...😁
