Greetings.
I have been unable to access the internet on my laptop for some time now.
I have attempted various troubleshooting steps, yet none have resolved the issue.
The system consistently displays the message: "No connections are available."
If anyone has encountered this error or possesses a solution, please advise.
Thank you. 🙏

So, how are you actually getting online? Just standard Wi-Fi? Or are you one of those people using one of those little USB mobile hotspots... the ones that look like thumb drives?

When you say you've tried "everything," what exactly are we talking about? Like, have you already tried reinstalling the drivers for the network and Wi-Fi cards?

I suppose I am not, though I am no longer certain myself...

Maybe drop the specific laptop model in your post?? ..it might actually get you some useful answers 🙂
First thing though—check if your Wi-Fi is even toggled on... look for a physical switch or try that Fn + Fx key combo
Is the Wi-Fi working on your phone? ...if it's dead there too, the issue might be your router (try power cycling it—just unplug it, wait a few minutes, and plug it back in)

HP 635. My phone connects fine, and the router is working perfectly.
When I open the Windows mobility center, the wireless option shows as "off." Even when I attempt to click "turn wireless on," nothing happens; the button is greyed out instead of turning green.

Since it's set to OFF, you gotta toggle it back on. Don't bother using the mouse; just hit Fn plus the WiFi key (it's in that top row on the right, and you'll know it worked when the little LED light pops on). Once that happens, it should grab a signal automatically. If it doesn't jump online right away, just click the WiFi icon at the bottom of your screen with the mouse, pick your router, and punch in your password.

That actually worked perfectly. I was making a fool of myself struggling with it...
Thank you so much.

Need some help here

My desktop is browsing just fine, and my laptop connects to the Wi-Fi without any issues... but when I try to actually go online, only YouTube works?! Every other single website just refuses to load!!

What the hell is going on?+

To start things off, you might want to clear out your browser history and all that other accumulated junk—or honestly, just grab CCleaner and give your whole computer a good deep clean.
