Hey there
The big question is: how do I save my hair without losing my mind in the process? :-) Just kidding—mostly. I’m looking for any advice on whether there’s a natural remedy out there, or maybe a legit product that actually works to stop thinning.
I’m not bald yet, and I’m right in my prime, but I’ve definitely noticed things are getting thinner... it's just less than it used to be. My hairline has always been a bit recessed, but now it feels like it's progressing.
I used to think it was all down to genetics since my dad has incredible hair even as he gets older—plus, my mom's dad didn't really have any issues until much later in life.
But then I read somewhere that male pattern baldness is actually passed down through the mother's side, which basically means I'm headed straight for a bald spot. :-))
It’s not a full-blown crisis yet, but how can I stop this? Is there any way to regrow hair where it's already gone? Or do I just have to accept that it's genetic and let whatever happens, happen...
If nothing works for regrowth, is there at least something I can do to slow the whole process down—to make the hair I still have stronger, thicker, and healthier?
