The whole point of this post is just to see if we can actually help one another out by sharing our own lived experiences—you know, the messy stuff. Personally, I’m dealing with Rheumatoid Arthritis, and honestly? I’m getting pretty sick of living my life one painkiller at a time. There are so many of us in this group... so I figured I’d ask: what are you all taking for pain in general? Whether it's specifically for arthritis like mine, or just those nagging headaches... what's working? I'm looking for alternatives—anything that isn't just some lab-made, synthetic concoction.

Just switch over to supplements entirely.. nuts, fruit...

Try some Flexport capsules and the Enfamil cream. They should help ease the pain without needing those pills.
