How to open an MP4 File

Hey everyone!

I've got some video footage I really need to dig through, but it's all saved
as an .MP4 File.

Any tips on the best way to get this open?

It looks like that's an incorrect file extension,
so which media player are you using? Try opening it with VLC Media Player instead; that should get the MP4 File running smoothly.

Try changing the file extension to ".mp4" and see if that does the trick.

.mp4 is actually the file extension you want since H264 is just the codec itself. VLC handles it just fine once you have the right extension in place
