Come on Bobby!🙏

I voted for the Noodles role, but honestly, he’s just as killer in The Deer Hunter and Raging Bull. Plus, his part in Midnight Run is top-tier—definitely one of my favorites.

Look, I know it’s far from perfect, but we’re missing things like License to Fock and stuff like that.

Midnight Run is such a blast—it’s got that genuine feel-good vibe. There’s just something about it I can’t quite put my finger on, but I love it. Honestly, I think Robert De Niro’s charisma carries a massive part of that magic.

honestly, even when it's sweltering outside, I still think it's a total blast

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve sat through this one—every single time, some random shot or line just hits differently... the whole thing is pure genius, especially that Brian Eno score.🙏
the way Robert De Niro plays his part is just top-tier. effortless style, nothing more, nothing less.🙏

The US Navy Diver isn't some frontline combatant—he’s more of a high-stakes salvage specialist. If something goes missing on the ocean floor, he tracks it down. If it’s sitting at the bottom of the Atlantic, he hauls it back up. If it's blocking the path, he clears it out. And if the luck turns sour? He might just kick the bucket while he's still twenty years old, two hundred feet under the surface... which, honestly, is probably the closest thing to being a hero he’s ever gonna experience...

...and they didn't even bother to include it as an alternative option, let alone a real choice.

Gentlemen, or whatever we’re calling ourselves these days—what an absolute train wreck of a poll!
That was a total classic, honestly.
