I just wanted to say I'm standing with Hairy Bear, who apparently got booted from the forum because he was too hairy. This is his thread now, right? Yeah, let's go with that.

Not to bring up Bear—but if you've got a dog that barks constantly even when it isn't on a leash, what are you actually supposed to do about it? Not much, I guess. You're basically stuck. Maybe you could buy your neighbors some earplugs, bake them a pie every once in a while, and call it a day. That's about it. 😳

The scenario is this—you have a dog that is naturally vocal, well-loved, well-cared for, yet still loud.
A friend of mine even paid for professional training for her dog. He was a massive, sweet guy, but he just wouldn't stop barking.
And even after all that training, he kept at it. 😳
So, what was she supposed to do? Just kill the animal? 🤷

Sell him off. Or just pay the tax on his existence ☕

We're talking negative externalities here—neighbors have every right to demand compensation ☕
