I've got a massive headache 😳 feeling like an old lady this morning 😢 but I have to head out to play a gig around noon, and then I've got to pick someone up later 😢 and my back is absolutely killing me 😢

Honestly, a coworker grabbed me some kind of medicated gel from CVS and it helped a bit, 😳 but now I'm relying on old-school remedies—just wrapping a heavy, warm sweater around my lower back. 😬 I'll tell you what, it actually works better than I expected. 🙏
