Wasn't there some discussion about restarting from the grid after a red flag?

The track is littered with debris. They aren't clearing enough of it after every SC, so it just keeps piling up.

Good grief, Sebastian Vettel intentionally veered into Lewis Hamilton. That’s just unacceptable. What does he think he’s doing? Ham has every right to dictate the pace while leading; it was on him to adjust his speed accordingly. Purposefully swerving like that should at least earn him a warning.
