Questions about crossing the border

Hey, everyone. Quick question—does anyone know if I'll get hit with customs duties if I drive across the border from the US into Mexico with about 50 or 60 boxes of model kits? They’re just toys, really, so I figured there shouldn't be any tax, plus I'm just hauling them along as gifts, not trying to flip them for a profit or anything. I've been Googling like crazy, but I can't find a single decent answer on this.

Honestly, that’s probably your best bet if you actually want some real answers.
I mean, you're just as far off from getting anywhere by posting questions on a random forum as you are from actually reaching out to them.
