Classic card and board games popular in America

Hey there! I’m looking for something specific, so I’m starting a new thread here (apologies to the mods if this isn't quite the right spot)

Basically, I want to know which card games—or even tabletop games—are actually popular here and have some sort of established tradition... Poker, Spades, Rummy... what else is out there?

I need to run some research for a college project, so I’d really appreciate any insights from people who are active in those circles or work in the industry. Thanks in advance 😁

You forgot about Belu 🙂
Raub
Sedmice
Tablići
Remi
...

Alright, thanks (I think I already gave some examples up there 🙂 )
Got anything else specific to California that isn't just the usual tourist stuff? Like the local quirks and all those weird little things... 😁

Forget about Bill... 🙂

Laura, Ace, and Tate are also playing.
There is also Solitaire, or rather a bunch of versions based on that same theme.
