Making cash deposits at the post office?

Hey everyone!🙂 New here... just had a quick question.
Anyone have experience with making deposits at the Post Office? So, last Saturday around 1 PM, I sent some money to a girl via $117. I’ve got the receipt and the confirmation in hand... but she still hasn't seen it hit her account. It's been a full week now. She even sent me screenshots of her transactions to show nothing is there. Everything looks right—the info matches and everything seems fine—but the funds just aren't showing up on her end. What should I do? If the money doesn't show up, will the Post Office actually refund me? And if you think it *will* eventually clear, how long does it usually take? Any advice would be great. :/

That’s a way too long time to be waiting around. I’d honestly just head down to the local bank and ask them exactly where my money is.

Did you happen to stop by the post office? I was wondering what the situation was there.
