blueskipper8 said:(If they list an outtake next to the video, does that mean it’s not on the actual album?)

Yeah, exactly.

"You Make Loving Fun"β€”it's a little bit of a snooze, honestly, but I somehow never skip it when I'm listening to the record. Don't ask me why. 🀣 7/10

"I Don't Want to Know" is easily in my top three on this album. 😍 10/10

Lawrence Parker said:"the chain - honestly, I can't even find the right words to explain how much I love this track 😍 I want this playing in the background while I'm kicking the bucket"

🀣
And yeah, that final stretch of the song feels like a bit of a slow fade-out, almost like a "peace out" vibe
It's just killer, though. Totally engagingβ€”it’s got structure, you know? A beginning, middle, and end, yet it keeps shifting under your feet the whole time. 9/10

gold dust woman -- definitely in my top three on this album. Such a great vibe to the track, and the vocals really hit the sweet spot. 8.5/10

All in all, it's a solid listen if you just want something playing in the background while you're sipping a drink or having a smoke. It doesn't try too hard, which I actually appreciate

Might just give it another spin (I've already put it on twice today 😬 )...

"Gold Dust Woman"β€”I honestly think this track would hit way harder if they swapped places with "Songbird." As it stands, it doesn't feel like the right way to close out an album like this, especially since the opening track is such a masterpiece.

8.YMLF- Look, most of the music is top-tier, but honestly? The vocals are pretty rough. It feels way too overproduced and sugary for my tasteβ€”kind of like eating too much candy at once. Some parts land okay, maybe a solid 6/10, but overall it just feels like a massive waste of potential.

Ladies, maybe tomorrow we should actually play some music that isn't ancient history. If our girls won't listen to anything released before 2010, let's just let them come to the party instead.

Catch you later... talk soon.πŸ‘‹

Give it another listen sometime; this album definitely deserves it.

Sure, let's see if some pop enthusiast wants to make a suggestion tomorrow. πŸ₯³

I'm genuinely curious if blueskipper8 will actually dig "Oh Daddy." Is it perhaps a bit too autobiographical for him? πŸ™‚

9. Honestly? I don't even want to get into itβ€”it was alright, kind of a snooze fest, nothing to write home about 😁 5/10

@Paul Fox62, why aren't you actually joining the conversation instead of just dropping random videos here?

@Lawrence Parker, blueskipper8... man, those autobiographies are something else. Just wild. It’s alive, you know? If you could only see it... jeez.

Man, that "Oh Daddy-oh daddy I'm on drugs" track? It’s such a vibe. Honestly, it’s stuck in my head like a catchy jingle from an old Geico commercialβ€”I just have to hit replay. Giving it a solid 8.5/10

silverdrifter24 said:Lawrence Parker, give blueskipper8 all the creditβ€”his autobiography is just wild. It’s actually insane. You really have to see it to believe it... My god.

Still hasn't checked in. Maybe he's too busy playing "oh daddy" on repeat to bother leaving a comment? 😬
Too little, too late. 😁

He needs 20 minutes just to process a single song, instead of actually listening to get some real impressions 🀣

We weren't even surprised that his daddy would love it regardless of the subject matter... as long as "daddy" is in the title, he's happy

John Doe, I’m suggesting the Britney Spears Circus, mainly because I seem to be the last person left on this forum who actually supports her after everyone else ditched needforspeed, Jimmy Carter, and Justin Timberlake. I have to admit, I've listened to every single album except for that one... even though all three singles were massive hits, I just never got around to the rest of it... Thursday at 10:00 PM perhaps?

Honestly, we weren't even surprised that he’d dig whatever "Daddy Issues" track he plays, regardless of the vibeβ€”as long as "Daddy" is in the title, he’s in, right?

LOL, I was trying to listen on YouTube through my phone and the damn thing died on me halfway through🀣
Don't judge me, haha

Black Magic Woman is super sensual, kind of a vibe, really digging it... might be his best one on the album, 9.5/10

Listened to Daddy Issues again, and honestly, I'm liking it even more now, 9/10

And as for what counts as "daddy"...😍

John Doe, I’m throwing out the Britney Spears Circus as my pick. Honestly, it feels like I’m the last one left holding the bag for her on this board since everyone else bailed after they finished talking about Need for Speed, Jimmy Carter, and Justin Timberlake. I gotta admit though, I've spun basically her whole discography... even if I haven't sat through the full album itself. I mean, those three singles are absolute bangers, but I just haven't vibed with the rest yet... Thursday at 10:00 PM maybe?
