I need some recommendations for Zumba shoes. I'll be dancing on laminate floors...
I recently picked up some Nike LunarGlide 6s, but now my knees are starting to ache. I can't tell if the shoes are the culprit or if there's something else going on...
The main thing is that they shouldn't grip the floor too much; I don't want to be sticking to the surface during turns.

Thanks 🙂

Honestly, any decent pair of indoor training shoes should do the trick for you. If your knees are acting up, I’d bet my bottom dollar it’s actually coming from your workout routine itself—things like how long you're warming up, all those jumps, or maybe even your overall technique—rather than just the shoes you're wearing.

I highly doubt it's the training. I've been at this for four months now, and I used to run all the time without any issues...
thanks anyway 🙂
