Sorry if I missed any PDFs or whatever, but honestly, that’s the last thing on my mind right now. So, here’s the deal: while I was sleeping, my mouth and palate got super dry, and it feels like my palate actually stuck to the roof of my mouth. When I woke up and it peeled away—maybe I even did it with my hand, I'm not entirely sure—it felt like I irritated the area or something. Now, my palate feels loose, almost like it moves toward the front of my mouth like food does, and I have to basically swallow it back into place just to get it to settle. It keeps happening constantly. Should I head to the doctor right away?

(Just for context, I'm 18)
