Ever stopped to think about this?
How much does what we say here actually ripple out there? Or even how it shapes who we are?
I mean, does a site like Reddit really move the needle on society, politics, or public opinion at all?
Does anyone actually know?

Honestly, some of the insights from folks on these boards can be pretty eye-opening and useful. But you can't spend all your time scrolling through them, right? If you do, you end up drowning in data, and then it gets tough to separate the actual gold from the noise. A forum is basically just one massive pile of opinions. And when those opinions start leaning too far into the extremes, things tend to get messy and confusing.

It’s hard to put a number on it, but the impact is truly immeasurable.

Immeasurable. That was precisely my point.
People read. We will never truly grasp how many of them are reading, nor what lingers in their minds once they close the book..
