I totally missed that there was already a dedicated thread for this, and honestly, this one’s always been a huge topic around here...
So, here's my big question—can you actually go through with a professional dental cleaning if your gums are currently inflamed, or should I just hold off until things settle down?
Also, is there really only one way to get the tartar removed, or are there different methods out there? Like, what's actually considered the gold standard?
p.s.
The moderator shut my thread down before anyone could even chime in! And get this—they didn't even address what I was actually asking about.
Instead of just sending me a DM to clear things up, they started answering questions I never even asked! It felt so patronizing, like I was some kid walking into a Chase Bank trying to buy a pack of gum instead of a real customer.
