Sure, you might deal with some loose stools in the morning, but that isn't always the case—and even when it is, that’s not why I feel better. It’s more like getting a solid 10 hours of sleep.

It feels like I might be the biggest outlier here!
After my workouts, I find myself unable to sleep because I'm shivering uncontrollably, and then by the next morning—or really, the second day—this intense hunger hits me out of nowhere... I feel like I could eat absolutely anything in sight! It honestly makes me wonder why I even bother hitting the gym if I end up eating significantly less on the days I don't exercise...

I find myself wondering if anyone else here has ever come across this particular concept, specifically regarding what people call adrenal fatigue...

Look, looking better is always better than looking like nothing at all. You need to know how to actually put together a solid training program and a proper diet, which—let's be honest—isn't exactly easy. You have to put in the work to learn the ropes because, frankly, most people are doing it completely wrong.🙂
