I really need some help here!
So, I’ve pretty much nailed down the specs I'm looking for (Okay, fine—it wasn't actually me, it was an IT guy who mapped this out)
Can you guys recommend something along these lines:

An Intel Core i5 8GB RAM setup, a 1TB hard drive, integrated graphics, and if possible, a DVD drive. Needs to be a 15.6" screen, ideally under $1333. If there's a cheaper option, even better! It doesn't even have to run Windows.

I'm definitely not gaming—just basic office stuff, browsing the web, and hooking it up to the TV for movies. It would be awesome if it could handle AutoCAD, but we're talking simple models only, nothing crazy like heavy 3D work or anything.
Since I've got a baby to look after, I don't exactly have time to go running around different stores—is there an online shop where I can just filter everything by specific specs?

Thanks a million!

You can set up those specific criteria on Amazon Business.

Here are a few that actually hit the mark:

I’d personally go with a > just for the warranty and build quality.

This one looks great, but it only has 4GB of RAM. Who needs that?

Hey, could I get some help too?
I’m really hoping to snag some good holiday deals 🙂
I need a laptop for work—mostly just typing up papers, using Office, browsing the web, storing photos, and maybe catching a movie or two now and then.
It needs to come with Windows.
I won't be doing any gaming on it at all.
Looking for a 17" screen.

Don't hold your breath waiting for a sale. Those massive big-box retailers throw discounts around all the time even when their prices are still ridiculous, while the budget online shops barely have any room to move because they're working on razor-thin margins.

The dollar is up, so prices can only go one way: up.

This one looks alright: http://www.amazon.com/s?k=Y0A64EA
It’s pretty rare to find a 17.3" laptop running Windows that isn't total junk.

Hey there,

I'm looking to pick up a multimedia laptop, ideally staying under $600. I've narrowed it down to these three options, but I'm definitely open to other suggestions if you guys know something better.

Thanks!
