Looks like everyone’s obsessed with this movie. Despite some decent moments, it totally missed the mark for me.
What exactly is this little guy fighting? Some well-acted, corporate—let’s call it criminal—trash that somehow transitions from being the villain to a heroic triumph?
The logic is just... gone. Everything moves way too fast. Trying to soften the blow of deaths by throwing in two beefy cops? A single razor and some scissors being the go-to gear for everyone? The way they set fire to that apartment using a camera? And we’re just supposed to ignore the guards not questioning their coworker's shady business over the last few years? Solutions either feel like pure Hollywood magic or defy the laws of physics.
The narration dumping all the info during the final showdown instead of letting the visuals drop subtle hints was a terrible choice. Just bad.
