A few years back, I had braces. I was seeing an orthodontist once a month—sometimes every other month—down at the local community clinic to get my wires tightened. Now, I really need to figure out the exact date I saw him back in August 2007 for some personal reasons. The problem is, back in 2008, while I was still a patient, the doctor retired from the clinic and started working out of his own private practice instead. I called him up, but he said he doesn't have any records older than 2008 since he moved his practice. Does anyone know who else I should contact? How can I track down which day in August 2007 I actually had that appointment? Like I mentioned, I just really need this specific info for personal stuff.
