Budget PC build around $750?

It looks solid; the balance is spot on.

I know I'm being a pain 😁 But things changed on my end and I'm actually going with cash. So, if someone could put together a PC build for around $1833 at any shop in Chicago (whichever one's cheapest), either sticking to the current plan or maybe swapping in an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 instead.
