I'm 16 and been an athlete my whole life... standing 6'3" and weighing about 165 lbs (mostly bone, honestly). Started hitting the gym hard about 4 months ago. I can see the gains, but I've hit a wall because I need to pack on some weight and my metabolism is just freaking insane. I eat clean (meat on the plate 3 times a day) but still nothing... so anyone got any easy hacks to actually put on mass? Also one more thing... what are some killer exercises for lower abs (that third and fourth row of abs)? Probably already a thread about this somewhere so my bad, just super busy and don't have time to hunt through everything... thanks a ton!

Try increasing your intake even further. If you're already hitting meat three times a day, which is a great start, simply layer in some complex carbohydrates—that shouldn't be much of a hurdle for you.
The reality is often that we operate under the illusion of being well-fed, when in truth, we aren't actually meeting our body's true requirements...

the thing is, you *think* you're eating enough, but you're actually starving yourself...

but I swear I'm crushing tons of food... it's just tough because my daily grind is brutal. I'm doing manual labor (like breaking down stone at a construction site) for at least an hour every single day, plus I've got basketball practice with my peers for 1.5 hours, then varsity ball for another hour, and I hit the local gym for at least an hour too... is that maybe a bit much???... and can I start using whey or something like that to help me bulk up?

If you’ve got a mountain of cash to burn on supplements, I guess anything is possible...

Look, there’s no such thing as a shortcut here. Just head over to the thread index, find the sections that actually interest you, and start reading. It takes a bit of patience, but that's how you learn the ropes.
