Dryness is a real pain in the ass for us guys, too. There’s nothing worse than being bone dry, then you throw on a condom and—boom—it actually hurts sometimes.
By the way, does that garlic thing work for us, too?

If there's some kind of fungal thing going on, the ointment probably won't do much... it might sting a little bit at first, but you'll get over it eventually 😉

So, we're talking about vaginal dryness here, and the PDF attached covers women's health. 😁 There’s already a separate thread on the Health forum dedicated to male reproductive health, so please keep all those guy-related questions over there.

Lately, I’ve been dealing with this awful dryness down there... It’s constant discomfort, and then I deal with infections right after sex. Everything seems clean, though. I'm 46.
It honestly feels like my expiration date is approaching...
How do you actually fight the dryness, and is sex just becoming an impossible mission? Everyone keeps telling me to just use lubricants, but that doesn't touch the actual issue of being dry from the inside out.

It’s just one of those things that happens as you get older.
I’ve started using Gynopro because it’s plant-based and has that smooth, oil-like consistency. I apply it every single day, and honestly, it has made such a noticeable difference in how everything feels, plus you can even use it internally before intimacy if you need to.🙂

You’re at the age where this happens naturally as your estrogen levels drop.

There’s red clover, so you could try that. You also have aloe vera gels, or those vaginal wipes with hyaluronic acid.

If that stuff isn't cutting it, there's Linoladiol estrogen cream. It restores the mucosal lining. And finally, there's Strophe, which are estrogen tablets.
For me, it's just like taking meds for a thyroid issue. It makes life a million percent easier.
Plus, it helps out with the urinary tract issues that are going to start bothering you soon enough.

Not sure if this is even the right spot to ask, but does anyone know where I can pick up some Vaginal suppositories? I usually get them from the Split pharmaceutical laboratory, but they're running super low on stock and I really need to restock soon. Does anyone know if there's a place in the Washington, D.C. area or nearby where I can grab some?

I'm looking for something specifically like those—you know, the ones made with essential oils in a lab setting, not just those basic tablet-style things.
