Anna, I really hope I nailed it! πŸ˜‰ I’m done watching this crap. I'm not sitting around waiting anymore. Once that six-week mark hits and the bleeding finally stops, I'm heading straight to GiniΔ‡'s.

Hey babe, how are you holding up? Honestly, I’ve been a total mess lately. It’s just one thing after another, you know? And the absolute worst part is having to deal with all that period crap and hormone madness on top of everything else... it's brutal. I was actually starting to freak out thinking I was sliding straight into the baby blues, too. Just a complete disaster.
Thank God, things are finally looking up...
I’m crossing my fingers that everything works out for you!😍

Laura Gomez31, I felt the exact same way. I honestly started panicking when I saw πŸ˜‰
Jane told me everything was fineβ€”that my uterine wall (or maybe it was the vaginal wall?) had just shifted a bit and that I needed to focus on Kegel's exercises. Fast forward to four months postpartum, and everything is back to normal where it should be 😁

Thanks so much, ladies! 😍
Honestly, I feel like I’ve been running on a hamster wheel for the last four years straight. It’s just been one crisis after another, and I haven't had a single moment to actually catch my breath. To be blunt, this whole situation has me totally spooked!
But seeing that you guys have been through the exact same ringerβ€”and that things eventually settle back downβ€”makes it a lot easier to swallow. Plus, I'm breastfeeding right now, so any kind of pelvic floor exercises are basically off the table anyway! β˜•

After my third baby, I went right back into the swing of things without giving myself any real downtime. I was lifting things and staying active as if I hadn't just given birth, which eventually caught up to me. I started dealing with abdominal pain, this heavy pressure low down, and even some bladder leakage whenever I exerted myself. It honestly felt like everything inside had shifted out of place, which made sex pretty uncomfortable too. To fix it, I started doing Kegel's exercises, jumping on the Pilates reformer, and focusing on strengthening those muscles. That actually worked quite quickly; the pressure, discomfort, and pain all cleared up. I'm planning to have Jane check everything out this week just to be certain everything is back where it should be.😁
