How do I download videos from Google Drive?

I am having such a hard time figuring out how to actually grab this video from http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...81753636083179

I’ve already tried messing around with http://keep-tube.com/ and http://video.online-convert.com/convert-to-avi but honestly, nothing is working for me at all.
Does anyone know if there's some kind of "holy grail" universal program out there that can just pull videos from pretty much any site—you know, like YouTube, Google Video, or whatever else might pop up?
