Let’s try this approach... Since I’m a total hypochondriac and a chronic worrier, I’ll start by checking in with my fellow forum members first... then we can move on.

Basically, about five or six months ago, this white pimple popped up on my nipple. And no, I’m not talking about those tiny little whiteheads you sometimes get around the area; this felt deeper, almost subcutaneous—not like a facial pimple, but right under the surface of the nipple itself. You could actually see this whitish mass trapped inside. Well, because I couldn't stop obsessing over it, I decided to mess with it about three months ago. I tried to squeeze it, and this thick, white, pasty stuff came out near the spot. It wasn't liquid like a normal discharge; it was more like a solid, formed mass. After I squeezed it out, the bump disappeared, so I genuinely thought I’d solved the problem since everything stayed fine for two months. But now, out of nowhere, it’s back in the exact same spot, and this time, I can't squeeze it out at all.
Does anyone have any idea what this could be?
I haven't had any breast issues before, I haven't given birth, and my last ultrasound showed some fibrocystic changes, but that’s probably just genetic since my grandmother dealt with the same thing.

So, about 5 or 6 months ago, this little white bump showed up on my nipple. Not like one of those tiny surface pimples you get sometimes—this feels deeper, like it's tucked under the skin of the nipple itself. You can see this whitish mass sitting right there inside. Well, I couldn't leave it alone, so about three months back, I tried to squeeze it. This thick, pasty white stuff came out near the spot—not really liquid, more like a solid discharge. Once I squeezed it out, the bump vanished, so I figured I'd fixed it. Everything was fine for two months... until now. It's popped up in the exact same spot again, but this time, nothing is coming out when I try to squeeze it.
Anyone know what this could be?

Don't sweat it too much. Looks like a clogged sebaceous gland to me—you didn't get all the gunk out the first time, so it just refilled. 🤷

Hmm... So how am I supposed to drain it now? Is it even smart to start poking at it myself, or should I just head to the doctor so they can maybe lance it and get it out properly? I really don't feel like digging around on it myself... 😕

Don't even sweat it. I totally get what you're saying. Those things pop up on me too... and honestly, why would I even try to squash it? Just let it be.🤷

It happens to me even if I leave it sitting there for a while—then the itching starts. Occasionally, I have to clear it out.
Doctors have turned everything into some kind of unsolvable riddle. They act like skin conditions are some ancient, indecipherable code. Why won't they just be straight with women? These issues are perfectly normal for anyone dealing with skin concerns. Is it really that complicated?

Doctors love to make everything sound like some unsolvable mystery, and they rarely give women straight answers about things that are actually just normal skin issues.

Honestly, I’ve been dealing with this for years. I’ve had countless ultrasounds where they tell me everything looks fine, yet that gland keeps filling up. Every doctor I see tells me it’s nothing to worry about, but none of them can actually explain what it is, why it happens, or if there's any real risk—they just tell me not to stress. But it keeps happening, and if I let it sit, the itching is unbearable until I finally have to squeeze it out.
