I'm having trouble accessing those PDF files you mentioned.
Any idea why that might be?

Looks like you’ve been slapped with a partial ban over at Amtrak. Seems like you were being a bit of a menace on their boards.

Fine, so what now? You can all just throw your little digital tantrums at me, and I don't even have any recourse for an appeal?
Is there actually any way to get this partial ban lifted?
Or am I expected to be some sort of outcast in this particular American utopia—some kind of Jew in a forum Reich?

Or do I need to be some kind of political outcast—let's say, a Jew in a forum's version of a totalitarian regime?

Look, I didn't hand out the ban, and I certainly don't have the power to lift it; I was just passing through to answer the question in the title. 😁

I could always point you toward someone in charge, but if I do that, I’ll probably blow my entire quota of good deeds for the quarter. 😬

That whole "right to appeal" thing sounds incredibly bloated, especially since nobody ever bothers to mention how that right actually gets used in practice
As far as I’m concerned, the partial ban stays on the books, though Tyndall is free to step up and offer a second chance if he feels like it

As far as I'm concerned, the partial ban stands, though Tyndall is free to return if he wants a second chance.

You know damn well how that rule was being used.
I simply asked you to rescind the strike you slapped on me just because you felt like it.
But you refused to explain why one set of rules applies to some people while everyone else follows another. It would have required you to admit you made a mistake. Instead, you just handed me a partial ban.
Real classy move on your part.

that’s just your version of the story, isn't it?
but hey, since you seem to be enjoying playing the part of a Black man living under apartheid, who am I to go shattering your little delusions with something as incredibly trivial as objectivity

Right, because someone with that much charm, brains, and the ability to construct logical arguments like:

Dammit...
...screw Tindale and Zegej!

Why the hell did you guys delete my post, you absolute losers, led by Zegej Kompleksaš?

...I just can't help myself, I have to lift his partial ban on PŽK.

If you ever actually figure out what this subforum is for and learn how to act like a decent human being on an online board, then maybe—just maybe—I'll think about lifting that partial ban.

Until then, it’s a hard no, and honestly, based on how you've been acting, you've forfeited any right to appeal moderator decisions from here on out.
