I’ve got four pieces here: two USB connectors with three holes each, plus those two ground jacks.
Looking at this manual, where am I supposed to plug these in?

Is that diagram meant for the connectors themselves, or is it specifically for YOUR motherboard?
Well, if it is indeed for YOUR specific motherboard, then I suppose those circled parts are what you need, but if it isn't... then maybe you should try to find the actual user manual for your particular motherboard and check the section detailing the expansion slots.
It is a bit difficult to tell for sure because of how standard the slot looks, almost like you are trying to connect a USB port or something.
