Where should I post a classified ad?

In which subforum am I allowed to post an advertisement regarding chip swaps for Facebook poker games without having my thread closed immediately? Furthermore, is such an advertisement even permitted under our rules?

I actually attempted that, but the thread has already been closed. I heard there was supposed to be a specific discussion thread regarding those Facebook matters, but I simply cannot seem to locate it.😢
