here’s a rundown of some clubs and bars; there are plenty more out there, but these are the ones people actually know about😁 though honestly, none of them are quite what you're looking for, so maybe just hunt down some dive bar that has a jukebox somewhere😁

I was doing a little digging online and stumbled onto this place that actually looks pretty cool, though the comment section is absolutely brutal... does anyone actually know what it's like over there?

I’d definitely swing by if I were in downtown Chicago, but I’d probably need to hit up a rock show first to get the vibes right... and honestly, the prices have to be decent too, because let's face it, that's a huge deal for me 😉

Honestly, it’s easily the best spot to hit after you wrap things up at KSET—or really anywhere else in the vicinity. It’s just a quick two-minute trek away, and even though the place is basically a giant crater in the ground, I absolutely love it when I swing by! There's always a great crowd, everyone’s grabbing beers, and the prices won't break the bank. It's such a solid vibe 😁 just make sure you don't show up sober! 😬
Plus, you never know—sometimes a live band will be rocking out there too! 👍

The wrong path is easily the worst place you can be. Though, I suppose that’s all a matter of taste, isn't it?

Personally, I only really bother going to that downtown spot on Wednesdays; they always have someone playing live, and you can snag two beers for $6.00, so it’s a pretty solid deal if you're looking to save a few bucks. 😁

Actually, your best bet would be to just head down there yourself and scout it out; you'll figure out what fits your vibe soon enough. Oh, I almost forgot—hard Place is open now too, which is another rock club around here. 👍

You've got the wrong stuff in this category. Routea and Railroad don't belong here at all. They aren't even close.

Just left the Metallica show at that Route 666 spot. It’s a tiny little dive bar—hardly more than a hole in the wall—but it actually isn't bad. They even carry some local craft brews. The only issue? They’d probably turn me away just for looking this disheveled. Oh, and Davorin Popovic was there too. 🤦

Honestly, I think you guys are looking in all the wrong places. You should try checking out Hemingway instead; you might actually enjoy it 🙄
