My reaction was just pure instinct—a bit of a joke because she actually saw Pat's move coming, and I was just laughing at her. You get what I'm saying?

Honestly, we aren't going to be having any real discussion here, because if being blunt means insulting McLaren, then fine, let's just leave it at that.😠
Go ahead and enjoy yourselves, whatever, it's all good 🙏; at the end of the day, smiling is what matters... though I suppose it depends on
your own character whether you're doing it because someone else is having a bad day or not....
And yeah, if my slightly unhinged way of talking—which is pretty much how I am because this sport drives me crazy—offended a fan and a fellow forum member, then my apologies for the delivery. 🙏

redheron12 It seems that someone mentioned:
I suppose we’re all just quite relaxed, aren't we? It feels as though there isn't much competitive tension to speak of, which I guess might actually be a good thing, if you think about it. 😁

I suppose I should perhaps offer a bit of insight regarding the nature of competitiveness:

Jenson Button, driving for McLaren-Mercedes, finished in 70th place.
I suppose there is some merit to considering how Fernando Alonso managed to secure second place at Spa while driving for Ferrari, though it remains a bit of a mystery to me.
I suppose Sebastian Vettel finished in third place driving for Ger Red Bull-Renault, which I guess was a decent result.

I suppose there is some merit to considering the McLaren-Mercedes 119.
It seems that Ferrari has managed to secure 116 points.
I suppose there were 113 instances involving the Ger Red Bull-Renault.

Everything seems quite competitive at that level. I suppose anything below that isn't really in the same league anymore.

Just a quick reminder regarding who actually holds the world championship title and leads the standings right now—perhaps that might help cool things down for everyone getting a bit too heated over Hamilton

Like Sep with his Williams or Damson with Jacques 🤣

I’d throw Crotomy and Mass into that mix too 🙏

What kind of tree is that in the background? 😉 😁

Everything at the top level is competitive—but once you drop below that, the game changes entirely.

Statistically speaking, you have a point—but if we're being honest about today, Ferrari looked pretty helpless. That second-place finish felt more like a stroke of luck than actual performance, and even worse—it seems like they've made the least amount of progress of anyone over these last three weeks.😛

🙏 🙏 Look, I’m certainly not going to throw our lead driver under the bus🙏 😍 or anything; I'll defend him whenever possible.image 😍

It's not him I have an issue with... it's just the number two driver.😳

Schumacher could probably take the podium at Monaco

McLaren drivers... I suppose we should be happy that Alonso finished second rather than focusing on the fact that Lewis Hamilton had a tire failure. We would likely feel just as satisfied if Weber had suffered a similar misfortune, wouldn't we? The memories from 2007 are merely an added bonus given today's circumstances, rather than the core issue... If Ron Dennis were still calling the shots, perhaps things might have unfolded differently, and maybe cosmicridge5 would have managed to work some magic. 😍 - this is how you should view it:

no hard feelings! 👍

I will see you all in a week at Button's garage; perhaps luck might be on your side! 👋

I don't have an issue with him—it's just the water boy I can't stand... 😳

It seems you have a much higher opinion of the pit crew 😁

Schumacher is going to be the one to watch here. I’m expecting at least a podium finish, though honestly, a win is totally on the table. At this stage, it isn't even about the car as much as it is about qualifying performance and race strategy. And since Schumacher is arguably the greatest driver to ever sit in a cockpit, you just can't beat his sheer skill and tactical mind...😉

We’d likely feel the exact same way if Weber had been the one to suffer that failure—if you follow my drift. Those memories from 2007 are really just icing on the cake given how things stand today, not the core issue... Honestly, if Ron Dennis were still calling the shots, things might have played out quite differently—cosmicridge5 would probably have pulled some kind of magic trick out of a hat 😍 —so look at it this way:

no hard feelings! 👍

See you all in a week—hopefully in Button's camp, where luck might actually be on your side! 👋

I didn't exactly notice a collective moment of ecstasy when Vettel lost his brakes 😉

I’m telling you, there's no point in playing it safe when the money is on the line, even if it means watching the tires shred themselves right in front of you...😢

Aside from Pat—she really has a thing for the mechanics. You should probably check with Sep about that. 😁

Well, you know how people talk about dark-skinned guys—there’s always that whole thing people say. 😳 It’s pretty simple, really—they're just playing at a different level than us. 😍 🤣

I've mostly been staying clear of any debates about men, regardless of skin color, because honestly, life is complicated enough as it is.🙂

I wasn't insulting McLaren, I was talking about Hamilton. I actually think Gumbek is great. 😁

Regarding your wording, let's just say you reacted (or wrote) that way in the heat of the moment. That's exactly what I did too. 🤷

Sep, I honestly don't get what it is about those engineers that makes Pat feel the need to start making voodoo dolls... 😁

The little Vettel isn't some obnoxious villain like Hemoš 🤷 😁

Not our fault 🤷 😁

Why is everyone being such a killjoy? I mean, Gumbek is leading the overall standings 😍 (and continuing to prove he's superior to that obnoxious guy 🙏 😁)

You trusted her and ended up getting burned—once you realize what happened over there... well, it’s a tough pill to swallow.

He really nails why you can't stand Lewis Hamilton—it’s a spot-on breakdown. 😁
