2010 Spanish Grand Prix - Barcelona Circuit

Just stumbled upon this... so it was Jenson Button...

In those first few laps, my dash went completely dark. The guys on the radio were barking instructions about settings on the steering wheel, but I was flying blind, having no clue if I was actually hitting the right buttons. Even the rev lights were dead. Most of the time I managed to nail the shifts by feel, but I kept slamming into the limiter—which is a nightmare when you're catching a slipstream and trying to time your shifts differently...

During the opening laps, my dashboard readout stopped working. The team was telling me over the radio to do things on the steering wheel but I couldn't see if I was doing the right things. And I couldn't see the rev lights either: most of the time I was pretty close with my gear-changes, but I was hitting the limiter quite a lot, which happens when you're getting a tow and you're shifting at different places...

Nothing "drastic" happened. From what I can see, I just painted over it; if a post gets deleted, I can still peek at what was written and potentially restore it. Just the usual moderator toolkit.
