Best bars/cafes that allow smoking?

I am requesting assistance from the entire forum community to identify coffee shops where smoking is permitted inside

Are you actually being serious right now? Because this whole idea of a "week" in your neck of the woods where smoking is supposedly allowed makes zero sense to me when I think about how things work back in my hometown.

Anyway, before I weigh in on the whole debate regarding which local pubs we should be mentioning, I’d really love it if the mods could chime in on the topic first... just so I don't end up accidentally breaking the rules by running an advertisement.

If anyone from the staff feels like making a statement about that, maybe they could also do me a massive favor and explain why on earth the emojis aren't working for me?
