Is it hate speech or just a fact?

Stumbled onto this post by accident... why is this being labeled hate speech?
The guy's already banned too, and reading his complaint against the FBI, I don't even know who he is...

It's just generalizing and probably trolling, but calling it hate speech? If anyone can actually explain that, I'm all ears...

Since we don't have a specific category for dealing with blatant racism, I guess this is the next best thing

Racism is when people stay in their own little bubbles and dodge paying for electricity or water. Racism is catching the bus without a ticket... try pulling a stunt like that and see how long they let you keep talking...

The guy just stated a damn fact, but nowadays, if you say it out loud, everyone loses their minds...

rude—fact
won't work—fact
wants to steal—fact
violent (especially at home)—fact, they beat kids into being brain-dead
won't learn or listen—absolutely not
laws don't apply to me—fact, I already mentioned that above
needs handouts—spot on, how many charities are even running these things?
demands equal respect—false, I won't and I never will, with maybe a few exceptions

If this counts as hate speech, then ban me too. And honestly, I’d reward all you people so terrified of "their rights" by moving their encampments right onto your front lawn. You could enjoy the daily screaming, the stray dogs making it impossible to let your kids play in the street, them burning wires under those beautiful black clouds of smoke and unbearable stench, trash everywhere, Hepatitis A...

So, basically, you’re saying if someone fits certain traits, they automatically belong to that group? Is that how this works?
And look, I’m sorry, but trying to lump an entire massive demographic into one single label like that is nothing more than textbook racism and hate speech.
It’s the same tired logic used when people claim Southerners are lazy, folks from the Midwest are dim-witted, New Yorkers are arrogant, or Black Americans are... well, whatever other garbage stereotypes people throw around to be hateful.

I honestly don't see what the point of all this public moralizing is for us Americans.

Personally, I find this whole thread way more interesting—especially the admin's explanation for the ban—than your specific case, since you clearly don't know the history of his posts on Reddit or wherever else, so you're totally missing the big picture.🙂
