Best audio editing software?

Hey everyone, I'm on the hunt for some decent audio processing software... specifically looking for something that can strip the vocals right out of a track, leaving just the beat and the instrumental behind. That’s really my main priority here since I've got a birthday party coming up fast, and I want to set up a little karaoke setup so the kids can have a blast... so if anyone actually knows how to pull this off properly and could walk me through it, I'd really appreciate the help...

Basically, I'm wondering how to tie all these pieces together into one seamless workflow, if you catch my drift...

You actually have a "Karaoke filter" option right under the "tools" menu in AEW editors.

Well, man, I suspect you might not have the necessary drivers installed on your PC. On my machine, I use the Realtek HD Audio Manager; you could probably grab it here http://www.brothersoft.com/realtek-h...oad-65158.html. Furthermore, if you are looking for a playback solution, maybe try downloading RealPlayer from http://www.real.com/. 👍m🙂m🧐m
