Hey guys! As far as I know, we don't have a dedicated thread where we can drop training clips, motivational videos, and stuff like that, which I think would be pretty awesome.
There's already one about motivation and what gets you pumped up, but let's make this specific spot for sharing video links.

Basically, feel free to post workout videos (even if it's just you grinding!).
Whether it's squats, deadlifts, bench press...

Or just any random video that keeps you inspired or blows your mind.

To get us started:
This one is killer 👍

Here's an older one for the nostalgia:

Michael Rivera63 will definitely know this one.

Frank Sinatra
A bit of a weird dude.

This last one is top-tier—a true all-around athlete who excels in every discipline. The very definition of what an "athlete" should be.

Almost as agile as an otter 😁

Look, I’m telling you, the guy might be a total weirdo, but did you see that insane spring he gets on his jumps?
It's unreal.

And yeah, Rocky is an absolute classic, no doubt about it. But honestly, in the last movie, he’s training harder than ever, pushing himself with those massive weights.😁

Jesus, that guy is an absolute beast! 😲
Though, I think they sped up the video in a few spots.

Check out this speech—it’s honestly top-tier, especially if you’ve actually sat down and watched the movie 😁

It would be really great if we could all start dropping our workouts and personal records in this thread.
I’ve been getting pretty deep into powerlifting lately myself.
Anyway, I found this little bit of motivation from Captain Kirk here...

Just some recreational lifting here in my hometown, somewhere in the Midwest😁.
As far as I know, I'm pretty much the only one training seriously around here.
I weigh about 170 lbs.
Barbell bench press: 350 lbs
Olympic style bench: 250 lbs
Incline: 240 lbs
Deadlift: 400 lbs
Standard bench press: 250 lbs
Power cleans: 200+ lbs (I don't have a lifting platform at my local gym, so I can't really drop the weights; I just lower them down onto my quads first and then to the floor)
Bodyweight pull-ups: 47 reps
Dips-bez: I can handle them easily even with a 75 lb dumbbell (it's the heaviest one they carry)

As far as I know, this is the only lifting I do in town.
Body weight is about 172 lbs.
Close-grip bench: 350 lbs
Olympic bench: 250 lbs
Front press: 240 lbs
Deadlift: 400 lbs
Bench press: 250 lbs
Power cleans: 200+ (my gym doesn't have a lifting platform, so I can't really drop weights... I just drop them onto my quads then onto the floor, which isn't ideal)
Bodyweight pull-ups: 47 reps
Dips-bez: easily doing dips with a 75 lb dumbbell (they don't have anything heavier)

Impressive, truly impressive...

How long have you been at this?

It’s hard to give you an exact timeline right now. I’ve been training consistently without any breaks for the last five years.
Beyond just lifting weights, I’ve stayed busy with boxing and Muay Thai—I actually run a small club in a town similar to Des Moines that caters mostly to recreational fighters.
I’m 23 years old, though my journey really started when I first stepped into a gym at 15.
Between the ages of 15 and 18, I suppose you could say I was pretty "unserious" about the whole thing.😁
Over the last couple of years, I’ve shifted my focus toward fast-twitch muscle fiber development.🙂.
I just wrapped up the Bill Starrett 5x5 program, so in a few weeks, I’m planning to test my 1RM across all my lifts. I’ll probably film the attempts and maybe upload them to YouTube or something along those lines.
To be honest, I’ve always wanted to dive deeper into Olympic lifting, but it's tough. My local gym doesn't have a proper lifting platform, plus people give you these strange looks when you tell them you're aiming for raw strength rather than just looking like a bodybuilder.👎.
