Sarah Gonzalez59 said:I had a total shock this past Saturday. At first, I handled it fine—just felt a bit numb and heavy-hearted, but okay. It wasn't until a few hours later, once I finally calmed down, that everything hit me. I felt faint. I couldn't stay on my feet, my chest felt tight, my head was throbbing, and my left arm had this burning pain. I honestly felt like I was dying, both mentally and physically. They gave me some sedative at the clinic and I passed out. By the next day, I had terrible nausea and a sharp pain right in my solar plexus. Just thinking about food makes me sick, so I’ve barely eaten anything lately. No appetite at all. I've already lost about 5 pounds and feel incredibly weak. Should I go see a doctor, or just wait it out and hope things return to normal on their own?
Maybe see a doctor for some anti-anxiety meds?
I'm currently in the middle of my shock phase... I just go cold, my legs give out...
Then eventually, I come around...
