So, here’s the situation. I’m currently on this extended break—three months, actually—and since I’m nowhere near a gym and haven't been dealing with any injuries lately, I’m wondering what kind of moves or routines might help me keep my triceps from completely disappearing. As far as biceps go, I managed to find a heavy pipe lying around, so I’ve been doing pull-ups and curls with it every morning and night. But I really need something specific for the triceps... anyone got some ideas?

You can actually nail these narrow push-ups by forming a little triangle with your thumbs and index fingers (basically having them touch each other).
That’s how you set up for the movement.
Just make sure you take it slow—no need to rush through the reps!
