How should I start?
I’m 14 years old and, honestly, a massive hypochondriac. As soon as something feels even slightly off, I immediately go online to diagnose myself with various illnesses, only to find out it was nothing at all.
Lately, though, I’ve been feeling quite disoriented regarding time and dates.
To clarify: something that happened yesterday feels to me like it happened two days ago, or something similar. I tried to keep this to myself, but now I can't remember if a friend asked me to hang out two days ago and I apologized yesterday because I couldn't make it, or if he asked me yesterday and I apologized this morning.
I am telling you, I am a HUGE hypochondriac. But regardless, I would love to hear your thoughts.
In my opinion, this might just be a lack of concentration combined with health anxiety, but please let me know what you think.
