Skin allergy from deodorant?

I’ve started getting this red rash under my arms whenever I use a standard deodorant or stick.

Any specific cream I should use to clear this up?

Also, does an actual hypoallergenic product even exist that won't trigger this stuff?

Oh man, I’ve been there too, and it is seriously frustrating. You really just have to hunt down a deodorant that doesn't make your skin freak out. While I was waiting for mine to settle down, I tried an Alverde roll-on and that one didn't cause any irritation at all.

Maybe try something designed for sensitive skin.

Honestly, Dove is pretty solid, you should definitely grab something from them.

Anyway, I don't know if it's just me, but ever since I switched over to those heavy-duty antiperspirants, I feel like my body just went into overdrive or something, and now I'm dealing with these massive sweat stains on all my clothes... which is so annoying because back when I was just using regular old deodorants for years, this was never even an issue!

A close friend of mine actually went through the exact same thing too.

What about you guys?

Thanks for the tips... picked up some plant-based roll-on at CVS. It’s unscented, unisex, hypoallergenic, some kind of crystal deodorant thing...

And honestly? It works like a charm. 😂 From sitting in a stuffy office to hitting up a greasy burger joint, my skin actually holds up. 🤣
