if it makes you feel any better, I spend half my time making fun of myself too... 😁
blueotter21 said:There was plenty of chaos on the track today, mostly because things just weren't holding together. Nelson Piquet ended up in the gravel at turn 6 after part of his front end came loose. He wasn't the only one struggling, either; Robert Kubica, Timo Glock, Jarno Trulli, Lewis Hamilton, Felipe Massa, Giancarlo Fisichella, Sebastien Bourdais, and Fernando Alonso all dealt with spins or sliding off the line.
something fell off 😵
so I guess we're just watching them fall apart on the asphalt now🙂

Roger Wright94 said:What I witnessed today feels like genuine progress from Ferrari, and honestly, I’m feeling pretty good about it.
Whether Brawn is playing it safe or holding back resources is something I couldn't care less about; besides, you can be certain they aren't the only ones being cautious. Who actually knows what kind of specific setups or components every single team was putting through the paces this morning?
Like Michael Lee4 mentioned, we're talking about fifteen different variables shifting in the blink of an eye, where even the tiniest, most microscopic detail can end up being the deciding factor.
We'll get to the discussion about the points system a bit later. 😠
slynomad32 said:Besides, if it rains, it won't matter much. Ferrari spent plenty of time testing in wet conditions, so🙂
Roger Wright94 said:Where exactly did they run those tests? Was it out in Bahrain? 😂
slynomad32 As I was saying:
I suspect Kimi Räikkönen might just take them out right here.🙂I’m afraid I don’t quite follow you there. If you were trying to share a thought or ask a question, please feel free to elaborate. I'm always happy to engage in a proper conversation once I understand the context.🙂
I suspect the folks over at Brawn GP are going to have a real tough time on this one.😳.
I’m really looking forward to seeing the showdown between Lewis Hamilton and Fernando Alonso.😁
Even if the weather turns and we get some rain, I wouldn't be too worried about the Ferrari team. They’ve spent a significant amount of time testing their setups under wet conditions lately, so they should be well-prepared for whatever the track throws at them.🙂
slynomad32 As I was thinking about this earlier, it occurred to me that...
I agree.
I can't recall exactly where I saw it, but I remember seeing reports that they were out on the track during testing and caught some rain.
