How do I get my unemployment benefits reimbursement?

Has anyone here actually gone through the hassle of requesting a refund? I'd love to hear about your experiences.

Also, if someone could give me a bit of a plain-English explanation for these terms:

"reduction of NAA accompanied by a specified increase in Cho."

"smaller venom in the left frontal region"

And seriously, what on earth is "venom"?
