Question about facial swelling/cysts.

So, about a year ago, this weird little swelling popped up on the right side of my face. It wasn't huge or anything, just kind of red and pretty tender when I touched it. I actually had a smaller one on the left side too, but that one just cleared up on its own... unlike this guy. Over time, the redness faded and it doesn't really show up on the surface anymore, but it's still there. It doesn't hurt to touch now, but it’s super annoying because it makes my skin look uneven, and sometimes when I'm just out walking, I get this strange, uncomfortable sensation in my face... you know? You can't see it, but if you run your fingers over it, you can definitely feel it sitting right under the skin. I was wondering if there's any way to actually get rid of this thing or treat it somehow? Thanks in advance for any advice!
