The goal here is to break up the monotony of your training routine while simultaneously picking up new skills and reinforcing what you already know. I want you to list the absolute highest-quality websites you use, along with a clear explanation of why they were helpful and exactly how they helped you level up. This is about providing a roadmap for anyone with the drive to train effectively. A healthy body leads to a healthy mind! Whether you are looking for muscle building or fat loss, strength, mass, endurance, explosiveness, agility, yoga (minus the meditation), meditation (strictly for athletic focus, like prepping for a dive), motorsports prep, cycling, shooting sports, or anything else—share your expertise. Essentially, if you are active in any discipline, please post your favorite high-caliber website.

In my personal opinion, this is hands down the gold standard for exercise demonstrations and functional utility. It provides incredibly precise breakdowns of muscle engagement and explains exactly how each movement translates to athletic performance. I would love to integrate their data into my own database, so please, by all means, dive in and make use of it!

If you head over to bodybuilding.com, they’ve got everything laid out—you can browse exercises by specific muscle groups via their links, and they even include video demonstrations for every single movement. It's pretty thorough, actually.
As for Time Magazine, that's where I go for just about everything else. 😁

Kyle Morgan3 said:I'm thinking about ways to shake things up so training doesn't get so boring, you know? Maybe learning some new tricks while brushing up on the old stuff too. I think it would be awesome if everyone could share their absolute favorite high-quality websites—and maybe explain why they actually worked for you and how they helped you level up. The whole idea is just to help anyone out there who really wants to train hard and do it right. Healthy body, healthy mind, right? Whether it’s guys or girls looking to tone up or lose weight, building strength, adding mass, endurance, explosiveness, agility, yoga (without the meditation part!), actual meditation (like for sports focus, maybe when diving or something?), motorsports prep, cycling... or even shooting sports... whatever! Basically, if you're into anything at all, please drop your go-to, top-tier website here.

A couple I already mentioned—
www.exrx.net
www.t-nation.com (especially the older articles)
plus some classic fitness forums.

Exrx is great because it's basically a massive library of every exercise ever,
T-Nation is awesome because the articles are just so high quality,
and those fitness forums are good because you find people who actually know what they're talking about.
