How to become a photographer

So, here’s the deal: I’ve got this image sitting right there on my hard drive, and I go through the whole process of using the browser to upload it, but the second I hit post, it just vanishes into thin air. It’s like it never even happened. Does anyone actually know how to make this thing stick?

Seriously though, how is it possible that after 3,500 posts, you still haven't figured out how to upload an image?

I mean, sure, I haven't really had to do it that way before, but sometimes you just gotta adapt if you want things to actually work.
