That’s a whole different ballgame—the international appeals court only gets involved if the teams decide to contest the review results.
In that case, the dream trio will probably squeeze in at least two more races before the court hearing even starts, and only then will we see who actually has a leg to stand on. You can appeal the ruling, sure, but once that's done, the matter is settled.
I’d bet anything they only allowed those diffusers just to spice up the start of the season and stir up even more drama. 😁
