I hit the gym about three or four times a week; it’s a massive facility with decent AC, so I usually knock out an hour or so of lifting and cardio before hopping in the shower, and honestly, I feel pretty great afterward 😉

Dana Miller2 said:Are you planning on hitting an aerobics class this winter, or would you rather work out at home? I actually have this amazing walking DVD for home workouts. It covers brisk walking with different distances. Honestly, it tires me out more than running does.

What kind of DVD is it? Where did you pick it up?
I’m also stressing about what to do once winter hits. Dealing with the cold isn't too bad—you warm up after about 10 minutes of brisk walking—but it sucks how early it gets dark...
Right now, I'm fine with power walking; getting a good sweat makes me feel like I'm actually getting a better workout 🤣

The whole winter thing is really getting to me too. I don't mind the chill—you just power walk for ten minutes and you're toasted—but the early darkness is such a drag...
Lately though, I've been hitting the brisk walks. Honestly, if I'm not sweating, it feels like I'm barely doing anything at all.🤣

It's Leslie Sansone. Just grabbed it online. She’s kind of a bore, honestly, but sometimes I'll knock out her 4-mile express walk and it actually does the job.

Maria Barrett81, I’m sending a snow shovel your way from the campaign trail—consider it a little winter survival kit so you can tackle those drifts!

Dana Miller2 said:You could always hit up an aerobics class during the winter, though working out at home is just as easy; honestly, I have this incredible DVD for walking right in your living room. It features brisk walks with all sorts of different distances. It actually leaves me more wiped out than a run does.

Could you possibly find a way to send that to me, or maybe just drop a link where I can download it?
Does that mean I'll basically be walking around my own house, or what? 😁

If anyone here happens to be interested in learning more about Leslie Sansone, just shoot me a private message. 😉

Yeah, it’s kind of stupid, honestly... you’re basically marching in place, doing those basic aerobic steps, but they throw in arm movements too, so it actually hits harder than just taking a brisk walk outside. Anyway, hit me up on PM for the rest...

Alright, alright, fine...
Now you're asking me to provide my personal go-to spots for early morning runs and the best gyms for an afternoon workout session...
