Hey everyone, I’ve got a bit of a "situation"...
It’s something that’s been bugging me for quite a while now—years, actually...
Basically, whenever I find myself somewhere even slightly warm, I start "boiling" almost instantly and begin feeling unwell. Then, as soon as I step into the AC for a few minutes, I have to bundle up just to stay comfortable—I’m talking wearing a jacket even on summer evenings 😲. Lately, it’s been driving me absolutely crazy...
By the way, I am anemic...

Is there anything I can actually do about this? Maybe something involving my diet? I thought about seeing a doctor, but I can already hear them saying, "Oh, that’s perfectly normal, there's nothing we can do," so...

Honestly, I’m not entirely sure what the underlying cause is, but I deal with the exact same thing. My doctor suggested it might be tied to poor circulation, and to be perfectly upfront, I also struggle with anemia.
I run into this issue constantly, especially when I’m active or out in the heat... it gets way too hot...
Then, the moment the temperature drops a bit... I just freeze up. My nose and hands go completely numb.
Even if I just sit still for a little while, I start feeling the chill.

And yeah, the doctor basically told me there isn't much they can do about it.
They just suggested I take some over-the-counter circulation supplements if it’s really bothering me that much.
I honestly would have been better off asking a random person on a street corner in Chicago for medical advice.🙄

Join The Club !!! I've been dealing with this exact same thing for as long as I can remember. Even when I was a little kid, my hands and feet were always freezing 😢 and of course, I'm super anemic too
. My doctor just told me it's bad circulation and that I need to eat "stronger" foods and move around more... 🙂 ...I mean, what a load of nonsense...
Anyway, there isn't much anyone can really do about it, unfortunately 😢
