Heartburn/Chest burning sensation

Lately, I’ve been dealing with this weird burning sensation in my chest. Honestly, I can’t even tell what’s causing it—could be a side effect from the Mirena, some antidepressants I'm on, maybe something with my spine? Or just random stuff.
